  No one answers the phone during business hours here, and after leaving voicemails you don’t hear back until 1-2 weeks later if that. There’s also no parking and you’d need to pay $80/month additional and they’re located a couple blocks away. Overall a good short term place however communication needs to improve or they’ll lose more residents (there’s over 55 open units at this complex currently)

  Citizen apartment has been amazing for my four months stay in Birmingham..the apartments are conducive to live in with all amenities you need plus a gym in-house. I felt secure , was easy to walk to nearby UAB hospital n 5 mins walk to a public park. management is timely n helpful

  Shelby was an amazing Property Manager. The building is super clean and tidy. It is also perfectly placed for access to UAB. I highly recommend staying here.

  Spent a wonder 5 months living here. Highly recommend! Quiet and safe, as a 22 year old girl, that was super important to me! Only downside is there is no parking associated with the apartment.
