  If you are young and need somewhere affordable to stay this is place for you finance wise. However, the comments about management being rude and inconsiderate are accurate. Whether you are moving in or moving out, it has to be the most difficult, expensive, and unexplainable situation of my life. This was a place I started with right out of college and stayed for 2 years yet there is no compassion or grace from management. Being a tenant here is not appreciated but the move in and move out makes that clear.

  I love the community it’s quiet and respectful. I love our town house it’s pretty and the view of lake is gorgeous My wife and I have lived here for 4 years and I can’t say that everything’s perfect all the time but what I can say is that when things go wrong they are always very quick at responding and finding solutions to problems. That’s what matters. BG

  I am a new resident, and I am in love with the size of this property, the lakes, the trees, and most of all— the kindness and competence of the office staff. I want to give a special shout out to Princess because she is the reason I’m here. I did not have much time before my application to the move—less than a week actually. Princess was very clear about all the application pieces i needed; she worked with me and my family members every step of the way to meet our move-in date deadline. I am very happy since I’ve moved in as well in a spacious townhome with hardwood and gorgeous view. Did I mention the pine trees, the ducks, and the lake? 100% recommend

  Best complex in Birmingham, AL for so many reasons. Sherry, Melissa and the team are outstanding and that’s an understatement. The maintenance team are a 10/10 as well. If you are contemplating where to live, I can assure you that you don’t have to think twice about The Abbey at Inverness.

  I’ve lived at The Abbey at Inverness for over 5 years, and it’s truly been a great experience. The community is in a great location, and the staff has always been friendly, responsive, and helpful. A big part of that positive experience comes down to property management. The property staff does an excellent job of ensuring that everyone has a positive experience. While the traffic can be a little tricky, if you are looking for a nice, safe community, look no further than the Abbey at Inverness!
