  Last week I toured with brookelynn and she was absolutely amazing. Definitely would recommend to anybody looking for a nice safe place to live. The amenities are great and the staff is awesome!

  I stopped by for a tour about a week ago, and Brooklyn was amazing! She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the apartments and made the tour a great experience. I’ll definitely consider renting here!

  Unfortunately, I would not recommend living here based on my experience. The apartments themselves are nice, and the staff I interacted with were kind, but those positives were outweighed by ongoing issues with the property. The elevators were frequently broken, and overall maintenance and upkeep often felt neglected. On numerous occasions, I found myself having to walk 21 flights of stairs to my apartment due to all of the elevators being out of service. There were recurring issues throughout the property that became frustrating over time. The move-out experience was the biggest issue for me. After leaving, I was charged over $300 for painting, which I disputed. The painting charge was for hanging pictures and using nails in the walls rather than Command Strips. My lease agreement stated “ But we’ll permit a reasonable number of small nail holes for hanging pictures on sheetrock walls and in grooves of wood-paneled walls, unless our rules state otherwise” (par. 26). I found it extremely frustrating to be charged over $300 for painting after having lived there and used the walls for normal purposes. I tried to resolve my concerns directly and get clarification regarding the charge, but continued to have a slow reply from management. I reached out to the general manager, Mr. Holmes, on several occasions without any returned phone call. The balance was ultimately sent to a collection company while I was still disputing it. Overall, I left feeling that the final charges and the way the move-out process was handled felt more like a money grab at the end of my tenancy than a fair assessment of the condition of the apartment. That experience significantly changed my overall impression of the property. If you are considering living here, I would strongly recommend documenting everything—especially the condition of your apartment when you move in and out—and keeping your lease, move-out instructions, photos, and all communication with management. I would also recommend getting very clear on what they consider chargeable damage when it comes to hanging anything on the walls. The apartment itself may look nice, and the staff were kind, but based on my experience, I would think very carefully before signing a lease here.

  Relocating for work and stopped by the 600 for a tour and was just amazed of how friendly the staff were and how beautiful the building and one bedrooms were as well. Michael Holmes their director was so helpful with all my questions , definitely will be looking into putting application in!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at The 600 in Birmingham, AL while touring the property! The atmosphere was beautiful, and we were so impressed with everything we saw. A special thank you to Brooklyn Stoffregen, who went above and beyond during our tour. Brooklyn was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire experience enjoyable. We truly appreciated her hospitality and professionalism. We highly recommend The 600 and especially appreciate Brooklyn for making our tour such a great experience!
