I don’t even live here and every time I come to visit my friend, the elevators are an absolute mess. I’d be really pissed if I was stuck for a year paying 3-5k dollars for the top floors and the elevators don’t work half of the time. I just walked down 25 flights of stairs just to found out someone was stuck on the elevators, 2 firefighter trucks were there and around 20 residents on the lobby as they can’t get to their apartments. Couple of the residents were just expressing their desire to be done with their lease so they can move out strictly because of the elevators issue that apparently has been going on for a lot of time…

I have lived here since mid 2024. When I picked this building to live in I understood it was previously a commercial office building and had been empty for almost a decade so there would be system that needed restoration or complete overhauls to make functional in a residential setting so I had a low bar for expectations.
There was a week during the first year where the building was completely without power but the facility offered to put anyone in a hotel that wanted it while it got fixed.
The elevators were initially made functional as fast as possible using the thought process of "Which ones are cheapest to make work for right now" then the elevator contractor went AWOL and unfortunately that has given the community a black eye which the public can easily see but it has been a series of small improvements.
During my first year I was able to switch floorplans when the first one I moved into just wasn't working for me anymore. When I renewed my lease my rent actually went down by $30 and I have never heard of rent decreasing year-over-year so that was nice.
The 1 bedrooms are priced high when you consider all the fees not included in the "floorplan price" that I expected but most people don't while the 2&3bdrm are priced way lower than they could be.
The first car a renter has should park for free and not have a $50 parking fee every month.
$100 "amenity fee" every month too.
I will say the utilities are reasonably priced but every year after from January through March they stop charging it in the rent then in April they all hit at once. If you weren't saving the money that normally went to utilities every month that could be basically an unexpected extra month's rent.
I do love this place given 2 years to consider its pro's and con's.

I wanted to share a review from my own personal experience here. I have lived at The 600 for almost a year. A lot of the reviews that you read are a reflection of the previous management team that was in place. I’m not going to lie. That team was HORRIBLE. However, when you walk into The 600 today, it is a completely different atmosphere and a completely different staff! You can tell that they enjoy their jobs and that they care for each resident. This place is absolutely stunning and I use to say it had so much potential and for the first time, it is truly living up to the luxury standard. Tareka, Porshe, and Brookelynn have been a joy to get to know and as a resident who did not plan on renewing, I am happy to say that I am excited to see what is next at The 600!

Longgggg overdue review but I would be remiss not to warn others after yet another broken promise from The 600 and Gallery Residential showing up in 2026.
Moved here in June of 2024. Thought the place was beautiful and had much potential with units that appeared modern and classy.
Elevators seemed to be a little slower than I would like and trash was inconsistent with a few other items that needed work like amenities that were supposed to be up and running that we paid for anyway, but I didn’t let it bother too much. I just told myself be patient it’ll pay off in the long run.
I was initially promised first month free after approval to which that didn’t happen because I didn’t get it in writing and then when I called out the person that told me… now it only applies to “ a certain floor”. Alright whatever, moving on.
We had one of our main windows that had a scuffed tinted window for the LONGEST. Was promised and promised again and again that they would fix it and have our view fixed and that lasted for months before I hunted down the construction manager myself and he had a crew address it right away. The head maintenance man was annoyed that I went over his head but hey you gotta do what you gotta do. What’s the point of living in a high rise if your view is obstructed?
Jump to August of 2024, whole floor and building outages happened including one with my children and I stranded on the very top floor. Imagine rushing down 28 flights of steps with two toddlers crying cause they’re scared and it’s dark so you can barely see. Oh yeah and your mother being with you and falling and injuring herself. Talk about nightmare.
We were told to vacate. They reimbursed for some things but it was a HUGE inconvenience. I decided then I no longer wanted to live here after being trapped on the elevator multiple times after that and so much inconsistency and unsafe circumstances. I couldn’t trust them. I had to vacate both units early which I hated because I planned on having them as Airbnb/rental units for extra income one day.
Michael Holmes, the building manager at the time, told me he understood for the vacancy reasons and told me to draft a letter, send it to him and that he would handle the balances when he talked to the higher ups and inquired if I had any legal involved. I didn’t, so he informed me not to worry and that I would get notifications warning about a balance but that was just protocol, he would handle it.
Now, that brings me to today. Why are there 2 Qualia Collections on my credit? That has docked me MANY POINTS? After suffering at their hands and trying to be peaceful about leaving and seeing nothing has changed but more lies… I am warning you: STEER CLEAR.
Save yourself the legal headache cause that’s what I’m trying to figure out now.

I toured The 600 yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I had seen some of the past reviews and was a little hesitant, but Community Director Tareka was very transparent about the challenges the property has faced and the steps being taken to improve things. I appreciated the honesty and the clear plan for moving the community forward. The building has a lot to offer, and it feels like the new management team is committed to making positive changes. Definitely left with a much better impression than I expected.
