- PPPrettyGirlGabbieJun 25, 20261.0Spring Lake Cove is honestly the worst apartment complex I have ever come by! Management is terrible and unprofessional. They’re not even worth one star, if I could it’ll be 0 stars for me. I have been dealing with issues since DAY 1 of move in! One of my biggest issues, i’m dealing with a severe leakage in my apartment that’s not only causing mold but this is a huge health issue! I have been reaching out on multiple accounts to get this problem resolved and I constantly get ignored. I will be contacting the health department and getting legal counsel involved. This is unacceptable! Do not move into these apartments, do not !

My air has gone out in my apartment its been a week now,I’ve sent numerous of maintenance request & no one has yet to come check it out,they even lied & sent an email saying the work order has been completed & wasn’t because I was home waiting at the time. I even got a call saying someone was coming & never did. This is ridiculous!!!

- TTTrinMay 29, 20265.0Honestly I’ve only been here for 8 months now and the time I have been here I can honestly say me and my finance has had no problems. When we moved in The property manager Aysa made sure everything was how we wanted and what we asked for no attitudes no back talk. She also still makes sure we are comfortable and enjoying our time at spring lake my lease is up an I can say I will be renewing anything that I’ve needed fixing has been fixed besides that no problems Watch out for your neighbors though they are miserable people lol
