    I’ve been renting from them since February and rolled into my rent we pay for a trash service. I haven’t had a trash can in a month. We’ve been having to dispose of trash ourselves. They say that our service is valid and the bill has been paid on time. We have no proof of that especially since we still don’t have a trash can. I’ve called the trash company myself I’ve called progress residential and I’ve called their third party service to resolve the issue NEWS FLASH WE STILL DONT HAVE A TRASH CAN A MONTH LATER. Not sure who to contact from here who I have to pay what I have to do to get a new can delivered. Don’t worry they are not going to be the only one receiving a bad review.

    Mr Rick came and installed the dishwasher after a bad install. He explained everything to me while he was doing it and made it easy for me to understand. He was only scheduled to fix my sink so he went above what was needed to make the dishwasher work again

    The property that I am RENTING had a water line break (no fault of mine) that was 4 feet underground. Well I paid the $1746.96 bill. The water company asked for an invoice of completion of the work, as I could possibly be credited for what I paid. I finally received the invoice and turned it in to the water company. When my meter was read again the water company calls and say they are still detecting a leak..I call rental company, vendor comes out to find that what he fixed had broken. He fixed it yet again. Now water company needs a letter saying that it had been repaired yet again. I called rental company spoke to Nakitia told her what I needed and in return she gave me the vendor info and said I needed to get in contact with them. For a week I called the vendor Americare Property Solutions only to be hung up on, no return call and treated rudely. So finally I reach out to the rental company via email, received a response asking has my bill returned to normal, I respond then nothing. My email displayed the urgency as to which this is needed and possible forfeiture for my monies paid to the water company if this letter is not received. I had no clue this would be so difficult. This is leaving me a bind.

    Mr. Ronald has done an amazing job repairing our home when we needed it. He quickly responded to some plumbing emergencies we had, and made sure we were taken care of. The ease we had with communicating with him, and the attention to detail he gave made a stressful situation so much better!

    RUN AWAY! Their reply to this is a lie. Avoid this property management company. No power or heat for days in January. Rental is infested with roaches, many water leaks, electrical issues, and dirty. The phone system menu is terrible. The online portal requests are often ignored. When you speak to a human 85% chance they will not do their job. Maintenance requests require calling daily for follow-up to get any actions performed. Some maintenance requests require 5 or 6 visits to fix. Overall a part time job to survive, and a truly terrible experience. Whoever is replying to these reviews is MUCH more responsive than any other Progress employee. The replies to these reviews are the ONLY replies you get from Progress. UPDATE 1/5/25: Continually maintenance issues. All progress techs complain about working for progress. Techs try the most to fix but get no approvals. Once they leave ticket is closed regardless of solution. Do NOT do AUTPOPAY, double charges are very common. I keep a spreadsheet to track their mistakes. Update 3/6/25: Excellent maintenence tech fixes a 10month old issue, I've requested be fixed twice before. He then gives me a QR code w how to leave HIM 5 stars.... but the code brings me to THIS review, not for him but for all of progress. The endless tricks and dishonesty is disgusting. If you run w progress best be on your toes ALWAYS...
