Difficult to get human contact to resolve issues, requests and work orders are not completed in a timely manner, lots of app requirements and nothing is consolidated for ease of tracking, use, or operation, BUT you must upload at least 4 apps throughout renting process. Lots of lack of communication or action to resolve ANY issues.
