  I lived here for 3 years and moved out recently. In the last year of living here, reaching the leasing office was consistently difficult: emails went unanswered for weeks at a time, and getting any response often required multiple phone calls and in-person visits during business hours. The office has also stopped offering weekend staffing, leaving residents with no support outside normal weekday hours. As medical professional at UAB, I had to repeatedly step away from work just to follow up on basic requests. Most recently, I called with a question about my move-out process and was told the only staff member who could help was out, with no one else available to assist. I followed up by email and have not yet received a response. I documented the unit's condition with photos and video at move-out, so I'm hopeful this can be resolved quickly and fairly. I'll update this review once I hear back from management, but as it stands, future renters should know that communication and accountability here have been a real problem.

  1 elevator has been broken for months. Now the second elevator is broken. Meaning there are currently zero working elevators. It's 90 degrees outside. Management doesn't seem to have a timeline for when to fix either elevator. I'd be careful signing here. The location is nice, but it's far overpriced for how many issues the building has and for how these issues persistent over long periods of time.
