  I lived here from early 2023-feb of 2024. Rent was affordable, complex was quiet, and any questions I had they were answered quickly. The best thing about this place was the maintenance manager. He was very reliable, responsive, and extremely helpful. I moved due to wanting to live in a house instead of apartment. I would 100% live here again

  After 2 years living here I will say this place has been great to me. My first year I did have a lot problems but they were fixed with no hesitation. Yes the place is old‼️ So you might see few bugs here and there but there’s always someone coming out to spray. The people who live here are nice including the leasing manger SHELBY ! She’s so helpful, Fair and Consistent! I pray she remains this way! I will say the Parking is awful and the laundry room is outdated and I couldn’t buy my own because some of the apartments had w/d hookups. Other that I will rate this place a 9/10 definitely recommend!

  Homewood Heights is a great place to live. I have lived here for 5 years in 2 different apartments. The location is great, pet friendly, quiet and clean. Shelby the apartment manager is so kind and helpful! She always helps out and is the best property manager we have had here! David Matthews

  Of all the places I've lived, Homewood Heights definitely has the best property management team! Josh manages everything incredibly well and is timely with a response for any question I have, and the maintenance is always quick with around-the-apartment fixes. You can't find an apartment for a better price with such a great location. I've lived here for a little over a year and have enjoyed my time at Homewood Heights.
