- GOGoddess Oshun342 days ago4.0Great quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. They also have a swimming pool but no lifeguard on duty. Which they should have. Because there is a lot of small children around. Also some of the neighbors have unleashed dogs. The rental property should change that. That could be a huge lawsuit if someone gets biten on their property.

You’d think administration would have a rent drop so people with night jobs can easily pay them, nope they patch it up and say pay online or in person. Mind you paying online is an ADDITIONAL $40 processing fee, crazy. Your utilities that are included will be extremely volatile, meaning you’ll pay $30 for water + $30 for sewage one month, next month you’ll pay $120 for sewage and $50 for water next month. It’s crazy here, rent has increased 3/4 times in the past 365 days. And we hear gunshots at night.. there’s more but these are the main points.
