The maintenance team is very friendly. The only issue is the unsafe rooftop patio deck boards that have loose nails and are not nailed down properly. Including the outdated/broken/ripped patio furniture and decor.

As with any older homes/buildings, you have your challenges, but these lofts are super unique and the location cannot be beat -- steps away from EVERYTHING on 1st and 2nd Avenues, nightlife and restaurants. Plus, you get a huge amount of space for the price you pay. The property management team is super helpful and attentive, which is wonderful.
