  My husband and I have lived at Fix Play for almost 10 years, so that's a review in itself! It's true loft living with the high ceilings, explosed beams, brick walls, etc - not just an apartment that happens to be downtown. We park our cars on the weekend and just walk everyhere we want to go. The community is amazing - both good neighbors in the building and the downtown community as a whole. We feel completely safe - there is a locked entrance, and we have always been comfortable walking around. There is a lot on Morris Ave that we have access to and there have been no issues there at all. Sometimes we are lazy and choose street parking, and our cars have been broken into - maybe twice in 10 years. But we see that as the cost of choosing to park on the street instead of in the lot. Some reviews have referenced a loud club on the street level, but it's been closed a while so no issues with that. There can be some noise from neighbors but it's never been disruptive, and that's just the reality of living in an apartment building. Management has always been super responsive and helpful. Eric White is the latest manager we've dealt with and he's great!! Everytime we put in a maintenance request, things are fixed within a day or so - the only delay is waiting on parts and they keep us informed. The rent is very affordable for downtown...the lofts are beautiful...great downtown community...you can walk to everything. Only cool neighbors apply, though, please - we love the comaraderie we have!

  if i could no stars i would , toilet has not been working for three months. Asked for maintenance no where to be found . Representatives do not help and constantly giving you the run around . Also made a request for minor fixes that's offered in resident portal still have not gotten light switches , electrical issues , or windows fix. The location is great but continuously need maintenance and electrical support , and probably will never see them in this life time .

  SCAM!!! DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! They stole my application money and admin fee (total of $300) without telling me if I have been approved or not. It’s now been a month and all they can tell me is “We will send a message to management and give you a call back” I am reporting them to the BBB. I have called multiple times and they refuse to deny or approve my application. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN, DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!
