  I can not wait until I move. These apartments are not worth the price. Don’t even bother with putting in maintenance request because they don’t come out at all when you do. The people in the office will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out their face.

  The apartment manager is always willing to help you with all questions about the Crestwood complex, when you leave a message she always return your call. She makes you feel safe and secure.

  Maintenance sucks over here just being honest when I first moved in last year my air was not working now. It’s hot again back outside. My air is still not working my air sit on 64. The temp in this apartment is reading 75 and when you say something to them, they act like you crazy. You put in a maintenance request they come say some fix knowing good well it ain’t fixed now my tub peeling from the paint hot water not getting hot refrigerator leaking told them once before the refrigerator was leaking. Came out fixed it all cause they didn’t see the water leaking one wrong with it. Stick the towel back up under the and if you do it again, let them know. What sense does that make and the killer is 24 hour maintenance when where People in the office are awful one in particular. It shouldn’t take a act of Congress to get the stuff you need where you pay rent it fixed it’s unacceptable but of course no one cares.

  I still can’t express it enough. Do not move here. They make you pay an outrageous price for amenities that you cannot use. The pool is always closed, the gym is always locked and graffiti is everywhere. Drug deals outside your own door and the smell of weed everywhere. The ten years I lived there, my dog and mother passed away. I blame these apts bc they left us with no ac for six months.

  Just being 100 percent honest. Dont move here unless you’re literally on your last leg. Mice, trash,shootings. My ceiling has been leaking for a whole year, no repairs. Its soooo many of us with this problem. Leaking ceilings = mold. Since the roof is messed up it left soooo many us without AC for WELL OVER A YEAR. Our ac is still out. They say they’re going to fix it but never do. The rent office isnt helpful and thats if they’re there. I wouldnt let a DOG live in these apartments. My lease is up in March and I wont be renewing.
