  if i had the money to end my lease early i would. The past 3 months have been the worst and it keeps going down hill. I’ve submitted about 6-7 maintenance requests, none have been 100% completed. We have been without AC all summer, it’s consistently above 80 degrees inside our home, and they haven’t provided any alternatives. My washer connection doesn’t work, have to go to a laundromat consistently. The kitchen sink has been leaking for a month on the 24th. The leak is so bad that i think it’s what’s causing the hallway to flood. Bedroom carpet now soaked. Because we’ve been without AC mold and mildew will appear on clothing, shoes, even furniture pieces. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any places I’ve lived. Sadly, they say they are down to only one maintenance worker and have multiple residents have the same issues. I don’t understand why it’s taken such an extend time to fix the problem if it’s a universal issue. I just can’t wait to move (:

  I do not recommend living here. During my time here, I dealt with ongoing water leaks, mold, ceiling damage, and appliances that constantly broke down. The maintenance issues were never fully resolved, and I often felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The office was also very difficult to reach by phone. I understand they appeared to be short-staffed, but communication was poor, especially when I was trying to move out. I even have a recording of a maintenance employee discussing how my calls were being handled, which only added to my frustration. Another major issue was package theft. I had multiple packages stolen, filed several police reports, and never felt like the issue was properly addressed. I also have video of the valet trash employee using inappropriate language on the property. One of the most frustrating experiences was being told that my washer was leaking into the apartment below me. However, I have video showing the area around my washer was completely dry and that the actual source of the leak appeared to be the property’s hot water heater, not my washer. Despite this, I was still blamed for the leak. Between the mold, water damage, constant maintenance problems, poor communication, package theft, and the way residents’ concerns were handled, I cannot recommend this apartment community. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering living here to thoroughly inspect the property and ask detailed questions before signing a lease.

  I can not wait until I move. These apartments are not worth the price. Don’t even bother with putting in maintenance request because they don’t come out at all when you do. The people in the office will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out their face.

  The apartment manager is always willing to help you with all questions about the Crestwood complex, when you leave a message she always return your call. She makes you feel safe and secure.

  Maintenance sucks over here just being honest when I first moved in last year my air was not working now. It’s hot again back outside. My air is still not working my air sit on 64. The temp in this apartment is reading 75 and when you say something to them, they act like you crazy. You put in a maintenance request they come say some fix knowing good well it ain’t fixed now my tub peeling from the paint hot water not getting hot refrigerator leaking told them once before the refrigerator was leaking. Came out fixed it all cause they didn’t see the water leaking one wrong with it. Stick the towel back up under the and if you do it again, let them know. What sense does that make and the killer is 24 hour maintenance when where People in the office are awful one in particular. It shouldn’t take a act of Congress to get the stuff you need where you pay rent it fixed it’s unacceptable but of course no one cares.
