The property manager Charity is the absolute best. She is so patient and kind. She is truly a people’s person! She takes her time and answers all of your questions thoroughly. If she does not know the answer, she will find out instead of just making anything up. She is so sweet! She made our move in experience the best. She definitely set the expectation high because she is so good at her job. She makes you feel welcomed and supported. Thank you for making our experience one to remember and making sure everything went across smoothly.

My experience was decent but valet trash didn’t do much of their job. Residents dont pick up after their dogs. Some days trash wasn’t picked up , cats would get in the trash and scatter it everywhere if you left the bag outside but you are still expected to pay the full monthly price for valet trash. My apartment had no air for a while and it took a lot of “bothering” maintenance to get it fixed . Garbage dispose never worked the entire year I lived there and I was told they would fix that when I moved in . My apartment also flooded within the first few months of living there . Had to throw out a lot items and new furniture because of water damages and mold grew on the items i tried to keep. There hidden fees in monthly rent that they don’t tell you about and they falsely reported to the collections that I owed them debt when I moved out . Lied and said they were going to clear it and more than a year later it is still sitting on my credit report . There’s my authentic review .

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX!!!! This is long but if you’re thinking of moving here, take the time to read this!!! My apartment was NOWHERE NEAR move-in ready. After having to call every hour on my move-in day AND the day after to try and get issues resolved, I was not being helped AT ALL. After that, I was no longer polite or patient & i expressed EXTREME frustration to these people. & then the property manager had the nerve to give me attitude and said I can’t speak to her staff that way and that they did their job. But if ANY of them did their job, why do I have a laundry list of issues AS SOON as i move in?!?! I moved in during summer time & my AC wasn’t cooling. The maintenance guy claimed to plug something in outside but didn’t bother to go in the apartment to check if it fixed the issue (it didnt!!!!). Nobody would come out or send someone else out to get this fixed over the weekend so I had to pay for a hotel for 3 nights (after paying pro-rated rent for the remainder of the month) just to sleep in AC!! It was also a holiday on Monday so they made me wait until Tuesday to even get a work order put in. Also, the hot water wasn’t working for a couple of days, black sediment was coming out of both bath tubs and staining the tubs (so my parents & i couldn’t even shower here after working for 12 hours on move-in day), there’s mold on one of my bathroom vents, my kitchen sink handle is broken along with water damage underneath the sink, my oven door is extremely dented so it won’t open or close properly (that’s a clear safety issue if my oven is on), my laundry doors are broken, there’s a constant wet spot on my office carpet due to either flooding on the ground floor, a leak or busted pipe somewhere, and my master bath toilet isn’t screwed into the floor properly. The property manager even had the audacity to say “well you toured the apartment before moving in right?” As if i can turn on water, turn on the AC to make sure it’s cooling, open & close the oven, open every cabinet, shake the toilets around, or feel every inch of the carpet for wet spots. ISN’T IT YALLS JOB TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY BEFORE MOVING A TENANT IN?!?! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else because these people do not care about their tenants!!!! Tenants spend WAY too much money here to be treated like this.
