  I have enjoyed my residency here at Chace Lake. In the last 4 years I’ve been here I can honestly say I’ve had little to no issues the entire time. The neighborhood is considerably quiet, neighbors are friendly, minimal maintenance complaints or issues and the amenities are just enough. Overall, I have enjoyed it and think it’s worth what you get compared to other complexes. Disclaimer: this is my experience but I would definitely recommend living here to anyone.

  I’d like to take a moment to recognize B.J., the Maintenance Supervisor at Chase Lake Villas. He consistently handles tasks in a timely and professional manner. I especially remember when we had a flood in our unit, B.J. came out late at night and stayed for hours to help resolve the issue, working hard to stop the water and assist the carpet crew with cleanup. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but B.J. does exactly that. Since he has been at this apartment complex, things have improved tremendously. His dedication and work ethic have made a noticeable difference.

  While visiting family at Chace (Lake) Villas, I was amazed at how lovely the grounds were. With all of those tenants, and their cars, the apartment outdoor area was extremely well kept. Thankfully, I saw a young gentleman on a golf cart, BJ, that was very nice and mannerable, who helped me navigate the twist and turns I needed to take to make it to my niece's apartment!! It's really reassuring that there are still some good, wholesome people in the world. You all have a rare gem employed at Chace. Thanks BJ for your kindness. It meant a lot to me.

  I recently visited a friend at Chase Lake Villas, and it was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The property itself is very well kept—clean, and clearly maintained with care, which immediately stood out. While I was there, a maintenance worker named BJ stopped by to service the air unit. He made a great impression—friendly, personable, and with a natural sense of humor that made the interaction enjoyable. At the same time, he remained professional and focused on his work. Overall, between the well-maintained property and the kind, professional staff, my visit to Chase Lake Villas left me with a very favorable impression.

  I recently visited this apartment complex while spending time with a friend who lives here, and I was genuinely impressed by how well-maintained the property is. The grounds were clean, everything looked well kept. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the maintenance members, BJ, and he was extremely courteous and professional. We had a great conversation, and I mentioned that my wife and I lived at a nearby apartment complex. After seeing this property firsthand and speaking with BJ, we’re highly considering making the move here instead. First impressions matter! BJ and this property definitely made a great one!
