  Awful, awful company. Employees are rude to residents and when you push back, they simply close your ticket without resolution.

  These guys are responsible for managing property at bolte crossing in cullman they are absolutely horrible at any kind of communication with the home owners we have multiple air B&G’s in the subdivision that clearly violates our hoa rules along with the corporate owners of homes that rent them out not properly maintaining there yards but god forbid a home owner has a guest over and a car is parked in the road or they leave a trash can out 2 hours past pick up time we pay our dues and they can’t even turn on our street lights because it’s beyond the budget how does that even make sense we have an on going problem with the builders that’s causing flooding and standing water in everyone’s yards and it’s rained for nearly 3 weeks straight but they want to try to fine you over a weed that’s half an inch to tall they are by far the worst management company to deal with and I can not wait until we are handed over the hoa for the actual residents to manage

  We have high praise and respect for McKay Management, Birmingham and especially Kelly Breeding. We are expanding our covered back patio and had to coordinate the approval process with both Kelly and the city permit department. Kelly was great processing our paperwork, offering suggestions to streamline the approval process, and kept us informed. When the HOA Board of Directors approved our plan – Kelly sent the required ARC form the next day. We expect to start construction soon and have it completed in three weeks!
