  I would not recommend this company to anyone for their HOA management services. The communication is lacking. The high turn-over of employees led to mismanagement and miscommunications. Our HOA was not serviced in the manner that our original manager said that it would be. They imposed liens on several homes in our community without properly notifying the board or the people who the liens impacted. This cost our community over $9,000. They will drop the ball and not bother attempting to pick it up. If you are currently with them, pay close attention to the charges. They apparently don't consider liens a legal charge that they have to notify you of on the "weekly" summary sheet that they send. EDIT: Since you all can quickly reply to comments left, but take days to respond to emails. My records indicate that the collections policy was never sign by a member of the board. If you can produce a signed document I will edit/remove my comment and give you all an extra star. My records show that I told 3 of the different representatives (that we had over a 3 month time period) that I did not sign the policy because we did not agree with what it said. EDIT2: As promised, I increased my rating by a star. They were able to share the requested document, it was not shared prior to this. I am currently in contact with Associa. I hope that they next update is that we found a solution.

  I served as volunteer president on a struggling HOA board. To help turn the ship, I discovered Associa-McKay and had numerous conversations and meetings with Brittany. She is good people; a helpful, knowledgeable professional who is true to her word, understanding, and always responsive; basically, the best the best type of person with whom one could work. I believe Associa-McKay is the right and best answer if you want a peaceable, organized, compliant, and pleasant neighborhood experience. Brian is a great leader and his guidance is invaluable. I recommend bring them in as soon as able because too often neighborhoods grow to fear change. You’ve seen the attrition and burn-out of volunteers, the lack of oversight, the petty infighting and breakdowns of communication. Don’t keep banging your head against a wall. Pay the pros to do what they do, and trust Brian and Brittany. They are deserving of your trust.

  Associa McKay Management manages the condo community where I serve as both a board member and the HOA secretary. In that role, I have had the opportunity to work with their team directly and observe their management closely. They have been professional, responsive, and organized in handling the needs of the community. Communication has been clear, and they have shown a strong commitment to supporting the board and helping keep the property well managed. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them.
