  I called after hours thinking that as usual I am going to get an answering machine and perhaps no one will return my call !!! But on the contrary , I got a very enthusiastic voice who greeted me very nicely and asked “ how may I help you sir “? Shende listened to my inquiry , pulled up my profile and resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes !!! She went above and beyond and asked to update my information so in the future I directly get the information in a timely manner !! Few minutes after I finished a very successful phone call I received an email message that detailed all the activities we went through in writing !!! I was very impressed on the progress and change in culture @ associa McKay management - honestly I used to dread calling in the past since it was never easy to get quick answers Thank you again Shende and McKay for an excellent customer service !!!

  I have enjoyed working with everyone at our McKay management office in Hoover Alabama are the greatest. Kelly at the front desk is always so very helpful, always smiling. Michael William is our go-to person and he has been awesome. He does what he says he will do and he gets the job done. Thank you guys and gals for all your hard work.
