  The Mills has proven to be a quiet and safe place to live. I absolutely adore Dean at the front office. He is always excited to see me and help with whatever I might need. I didn't give it five stars because there have been a couple of issues with the apartment, but I recognize the complex is undergoing a change in management companies. I am hoping that in a year from now things will be much smoother sailing!

  Having Dean work in the front office has been extremely beneficial and a perk of living at The Mill for me. He helps my roommates and I with any needs we have and has always been super nice to other residents and staff!

  The apartment itself is fine, especially for the price. And let me be clear that my specific apartment is not how all rooms are, but beware of what you can get. Our room has had so many issues within the first two weeks of moving in and almost none have been fixed. When I moved in, my room was missing a bed and I had to sleep on the couch that night. The bed wasn’t delivered until the day after I moved in. My desk, the stove, the microwave handle, and the kitchen light have been broken since we’ve moved in and none of them have been fixed. The washer broke the second week of us being here and it hasn’t been fixed. And to add fuel to the fire, they lied to me about fixing my desk like somehow I wouldn’t notice.

  It was good. The only downside was the black mold all over the caulking in the bathroom and the dirty tub and sink with hair residue of a former resident. Generally it was dirty and dusty as I walked in. Other than that the room was good.

  After all of the fuss about completing a VIP check in there was none. There was no furniture whatsoever when we arrived. The Ac was terribly dirty and disgusting. The dryer was rusted and inoperable. And took 2 days to get all the furniture and the staff was minimally helpful.
