  Not a dump but there is better out there for the same price to be completely honest. The WiFi system was “upgraded”, however this process of changing the system out took almost 3 months of no wifi for the residents, even though this is included in our leases. Management however sort of just sweeps it under the rug and claims they’re working hard to fix it but nothing really changes. Fast forward a few months now we do have functional WiFi… about 50% of the time. They claim the system has been fully installed but we still deal with multiple outages a week, without as much as an apology from management. It’s very clear all they care about is getting their occupancy rate up instead of keeping the residents they do have happy.

  Amazing service, I'm a college student at Auburn University starting my lease with three of my friends this fall semester. Something happened where we wasn't going to be able to room together and instead of ignoring it or shrugging it off like most other apartment complexes would, the staff (molly and Tai) worked tirelessly to help us and was able to get us set up with no complications at all. Was very stress free on our end. Amazing manager and staff

  I have lived here for 3 years! I have not had much issues and if I did it was quickly resolved!! I’ve been helped so much by the leasing team and maintenance it’s a blessing!! I had mold issues and as soon as I complained it was fixed and I have not had an issue since! The new management truly has stepped up!
