  I wish we had bought elsewhere. Our home was delivered in June and we are making payments on a home that we still can't live in. The kitchen flooring has to be replaced because the factory made a mistake and "patched" a hole. Our tub has scratches. We can't drive to the side or behind our home due to field lines and septic. No idea where the septic caps are because they were buried. Our front porch has wood that was beat to death and looks terrible because the contractor put steps where he thought they should go, not where we requested. Evan, Kenny, and Craig have been so kind and as helpful as they possibly can. The factory should be ashamed of the quality they are sending people who work hard to have a new home.

  I have been on a home search for a while. Today, I stopped by and was helped by Joe. Joe was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and gave me so much information and guidance that I needed. I highly recommend you pay him a visit.

  Friendly staff. Open and upfront with you. Out of everyone else we've talked to, Evan was the most helpful. He answered all questions we had and was really genuine and friendly
