  As the buyer in a recent transaction, I felt it was important to share my experience because it was the complete opposite of the recent one-star review left by the seller. John Denny of Hooligan Real Estate Hub represented my family’s interests exactly as a buyer’s agent should. He was professional, responsive, and thorough every step of the way. Every call, follow-up, and request for information was made to protect us and ensure we received the inspections, disclosures, invoices, and documentation we were entitled to. What the seller called “harassment” was simply John doing his job. When contractors or the seller’s representatives failed to provide promised information (especially regarding the HVAC and septic system), he followed up persistently until we had answers. As the buyer, I greatly appreciated that persistence. I’d much rather have an agent who asks the tough questions and protects my investment than one who stays quiet to keep everyone comfortable. John advocated strongly for us on the HVAC, septic, and other property concerns. He never backed down and made sure everything was handled properly before we closed. Based on my firsthand experience, I recommend John Denny and Hooligan Real Estate Hub without hesitation. If you want a real estate professional who puts his clients first, follows through, and holds everyone accountable, John is the one you want on your side.   Had a great experience selling my house. One day into listing Mr. Denny had a good offer for us. The whole process went fast and we never worried about a thing. Coordination and communication was top notch and highly professional. If you need to sell a house in Ak, look no further than Hooligan. They even made sure we could close while out of state, so it made life easy. The broker is kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Our listing agent, John, wasted no time, went beyond the standard and gave good advice along the way. All in all a great experience.

  John Denny is a terrible realtor to work with. He calls and harasses businesses involved with deals to try to bully them to doing what he wants on his timeline. He called and obsessively harassed an HVAC and septic company. A1 Septic doesn’t want to do business with anyone associated with this realtor. His negotiation skills are limited to threats and bullying. If you’re a halfway decent human being I would not recommend him or any company that employs him to you.
