  I wish I could scream it from the rooftops, we were so pleased with Jewel! She was so attentive, always there to answer our questions, and was so helpful when guiding us on best practices to get our home listed. We had an out of state move and she made the whole process so seamless. She is very knowledgeable on the Fairbanks market, we could not have done it without her.

  Jewel was great! We were buying from out of state, needed a home, but were on a timeline and unable to get up there and tour in person. She understood what we were looking for, gave us several options and was honest about them, and was great about closing the deal. It’s definitely who we will call next time and recommend to anyone in the market.

  This makes the second time Jewel has helped me purchase a home and once again she demonstrated why she's the best. She makes sure she knows exactly what you are wanting and asks all the right questions. She goes the extra mile to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed. At no time was I worried with her as my agent. It was great to work with Jewel's assistant Randi again as well. She does a tremendous job with scheduling and the coordination of documents for review and signature. Communication with Jewel and Randi was always timely and on point. If I ever go through this process again, I will definitely have Jewel as my agent!
