They treat Alaskan issues such as having heat and hot water as trivial things you dont really need. Our heat was out for over 3 months an sparactically go out after as well. Our hot water spratically works. We submitted several emergency work orders because it affected our whole building and others were afraid of retaliation for good reason. They gave us a thirty days notice because we called to much about maintennace issues. That is what they said over the phone. We have been tenants for 6.5 years and pay our rent on time. Although the time THEY take to process our payments always makes them gives us unwarranted late fees. This is the MOST incompetent managment I have ever lived under. I hope one day they can no longer operate in Alaska. They are slum lords at all of there properties not just ours.
