  I showed up for a prescheduled and confirmed showing. No one was there to meet us and when someone showed up they had no idea that we were coming. I sent a follow up email and was told someone would reach out. No one did but I have received multiple emails saying they hope i enjoyed my tour, that I never had.

  Extremely Disappointed With Move-In Condition. We recently moved into this apartment and were extremely disappointed with the condition it was in when we received it. The apartment clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new tenants. There is damage to the hardwood floors, it catches your socks and I know my feet are going to get cut or a splinter. There is water damage underneath the kitchen sink, and mold under the kitchen sink. The kitchen refrigerator was also extremely dirty and needed to be thoroughly cleaned before it was usable. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition. The ceramic bathroom sink appeared to have been painted, and the paint was peeling and looked disgusting. There was also damage to the wood supporting the bathroom sink, and the shower was filthy when we moved in. We have also been dealing with rats getting into our pantry, destroying food, and leaving droppings throughout the area. It smells like a pet store for rodents in our kitchen. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable in a rental property. Our storage unit was also left with a significant amount of garbage from the previous tenant/owner, which we had to deal with after moving in. Overall, we expected the apartment to be clean, sanitary, and ready for move-in. Instead, we were left with significant cleaning, maintenance, and pest issues immediately after moving in. We are very disappointed with the condition of the property and hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them properly for current and future tenants.

  I have to say that the office staff has been wonderful throughout this process. Everyone has been kind, responsive, and genuinely willing to help and I truly appreciate their support. Unfortunately, my experience with the condition of the apartment at move-in has been very disappointing. The apartment was not delivered in a clean or move-in ready condition. The bathrooms, in particular, were extremely dirty, and there was visible mold under the kitchen sink, under the primary bathroom sink, and even around the bathroom mirror. It also appeared that several items that should have been renovated or replaced were not. The refrigerator was not properly cleaned or sanitized, and the overall cleaning of the apartment fell well below expectations. I ended up hiring a professional cleaning service at my own expense to thoroughly clean and sanitize the bathrooms and the refrigerator before I felt comfortable using them. In addition, the kitchen countertop was not delivered in a move-in ready condition. From the day I moved in, the surface felt rough and unfinished. On Monday, the maintenance team refinished the countertop, and I appreciate their efforts to address the issue. However, since then I have not been able to use my kitchen while the countertop cures. This has significantly disrupted my daily routine and has been an inconvenience during my first days in the apartment. I’m also still waiting for the remaining issues to be resolved, including the primary bathroom sink. The finish is peeling off, making it look worn and poorly maintained. Overall, while I have been very pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, I am disappointed with the condition in which the apartment was delivered. I expected a clean, fully prepared, and move-in ready apartment, and unfortunately that was not the case.
