- KEkathleen sepe edmondOct 2, 20265.0Although I ended up renting from a private renter, when I was in the market for a rental unit I worked with multiple Property management companies like Roy Briley, PacRim, Overwatch and a few others but I got the privilege to work with a property manager named Troy from Nova Property Management, and let me tell you. He was sharp and displayed not only professional but very respectful services, answered all my questions, was patient polite and made sure to represent Nova in a way I would want someone to represent me and my company if I ever had one. I see these other reviews about him and I can only agree with every 5star I read about him. Nova you guys have a Damond in the rough on your hands and as young as he is in his career, he’s only going to shine brighter and become more of a valuable asset to your team… Good on you Nova, Congratulations you’ve got a 10/10⭐️ property manager working on your team. And to Troy thank you for your time and service. I would definitely recommend you to any individual looking to rent here in the Anchorage or Valley area in Alaska.

- JSJoshua SaegerSep 15, 20261.0Management of our building was taken over by Nova about 8 months ago. So far they've ignored most of the requests for service we've submitted. Our oven DOES NOT WORK in our apartment. We left a message multiple times, they've never gotten back to us. The washer and dryer in our building stop working CONSTANTLY, and they'll leave it stuck for 7+ days so that the tenants have to go out to the local laundromat. We have had RANDOM WATER LEAKS in the walls and ceiling that we've complained several times about for SIX MONTHS. BLACK MOLD. STARTED. GROWING. ON. OUR. WALLS. They sent a plumber ONE time six months ago. He showed up on my birthday. I invited him to check on our walls and ceiling anyway, because this was onviously a serious priority for our family. The plumber insisted that he would come back later and that I should enjoy my birthday. He never showed up again. No plumber has ever showed up again. The only two things they've ever fixed for us were after we contacted the land lord directly, and they did a piss-poor job. The land lord said Nova told her that WE refused to let the plumber in the house and continue to refuse the plumbing to be inspected. WHAT!? Why would we just choose to live like this???? Nova is ABSOLUTELY ignoring us and hoping we just decide to fix it ourselves, or that we'll learn to just give up on getting help, but we can't LIVE like this. Nova are despicable, I would rather have no property manager at all. At least then, misinformation about myself and my family wouldn't be circulating around the landlord and God knows who else.
