  Castle apartments and especially Oliver, has been accommodating, responsive and very kind in the apartment hunting process. Great customer service! Took time to show me the apartment I had originally chosen and when it wasn't what I was looking for, graciously and quickly found one that fit my taste, budget and location. I'm impressed with the customer service. Thank you Castle for this great experience.

  My husband and I have been living at the apartments for a little over a month now and it’s been great! Ella was very helpful and wonderful, I’m so glad she helped us out with the process! Our apartment was in good condition when we moved in, very clean. No major issues so far, looks like just normal wear and tear from previous tenants so no complaints. It does it get pretty warm in here, even with the windows opened, but that just means it has REALLY great insulation. Overall, it’s a pretty nice unit! The building itself is okay. It’s 5 stories tall, she’s a bit dated but she’s doing her job. The building is also very toasty, which is great once the winter rolls around! There’s an elevator as well and it works (thank goodness). My only complaint is in the laundromat on our floor. One of the dryers was out of order and they fixed it, but it makes a horrible, loud drumming sound when it’s drying. I can’t hear it from my unit but I feel so bad for the people who live next to it! The other laundry machines work well though. Other than that, the building is pretty well maintained. We’re in the midtown area so a lot of things are walking distance from us, which is great. Obviously, it’s the city so you can hear all the traffic and colorful language coming from outside, if you have the windows opened. Close the windows, you can barely hear any of it. It’s amazing. With all that being said, we enjoy living here and we’re glad we were able to lease our unit. This is all our personal experience and I’m glad it’s not a bad one. If you’re thinking of leasing with Castle Apartments, I would recommend it!

  Weidner: Is a terrific entity sheltering Castle Apartment Homes. I moved in, during the last month in June; and now have been on site for 5 weeks. Oliver, was the excellent agent that led me on my tour.He made sure to introduce me to the maintenance crew and made sure I felt comfortable. I would say that 80% of the building population is made up of solid citizens walking the path of the lord, but there is that percentage that dances with Satan. The security team for Castle Apartment Homes is second to none. In my initial conversations I was treated with empathy and respect. They really take care of the campus, two U structured castles, the main castle and lease office; and finally the maintenance compound. Every officer that I encountered looked to my eyes to have military experience. I can say with confidence as a veteran that I feel safer with trained military personnel walking the line, and protecting the community. Miss Elle, and Miss Mae are the most excellent managers in the leasing office. Both are very friendly, and polite. Miss Elle was most kind to me running interference between myself and security staff. She has a really kind demeanor and really listens to the tenants. Miss Mae is the most excellent top boss. She dwells in a large office in back of the lease house and is right there to backup Oliver and Miss Mae.She was absolutely a godsend, I had a home project that I was working on and lent me her office scissors with no compunctions. In conclusion I just want to thank Weidner, Castle Apartment Homes; & K9 security Co. for providing community housing and maintaining a safe environment. Mr. John W. MacClarence Jr.

  Worst place ever. It smells horrible, has tons of homeless people everywhere, had leaks in the ceiling, and was super dirty. I paid $2,300 for a month of rent and the move in fee and deposit but I only stayed there for two weeks after signing a 4 month lease and was willing to pay the termination fee. However there was a miscommunication over $200 regarding the termination. I said I would pay it but they told me I actually owe them $2,000 now. I told them no because that’s insane. It’s a year later at this point and they are still coming after me saying I owe them $2,200 (because of interest) and my credit is getting ruined. I ONLY STAYED THERE TWO WEEKS. I refuse to pay $4,500 to stay in a dump for two weeks. DO NOT STAY HERE.
