  This property is absolutely stunning! From the office, to the pool and to every single detail of the apartments being top notch. Modern finishes with an amazing rectangular bathtub! This is the place to be!

  Am I too old for this place? Arrived for my 2:30pm April 18th appointment today, early. Beautiful place. No one in the office so I texted my contact as she had texted me the other day, waited, and texted again. At @2:46pm a tour passes me in the lobby(I am the only one in the lobby). No one says anything to me. Okay, so I leave. I receive a text @ 45 mins later asking me to comeback. Nah refer me to management or development if they care. I am too old/mature for antics, maybe that is why I got ignored.

  Me and my wife stopped in on our lunch break from work and were on a tight schedule. Fonda and Jazzmine ensured that we were able to get a good look at the unit we are considering and provided all of our answers very quickly to ensure we had time to get back to work.

  I recently visited Fidelis and toured with Fonda, what a great place it was and everybody on staff in the office was extremely nice and very professional as well as everyone else around property I will definitely be going back to see them again to revisit some other apartments I can’t say enough how happy I was my visit

  This place is, without a doubt, where I wanna live. I’ve had a lot of interactions with Jasmine and Fonda at the leasing office and even the maintenance guys and they’re all wonderful. Great positive, energy. Very patient and best of all… they LISTEN to what you need. The property is beautiful and brand new. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
