I've been here 7 times and several times a week I enjoy the pool and hot debris baskets and they are FULL, there's sand at the bottom, they clearly don't clean them, the hot tub doesn't have bubbles, just jets, and that's if they're working Assigned sites are great as long as they update their website so that YOU can choose where you want to be.... With friends or near the pool away from playground etc.....TT, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

It’s a peaceful place and we always enjoy it. There are many people who live here full time, cottages and campers. It’s on Lake Conroe complete with a mini marina and launch. There is a lovely covered space for picnics and playgrounds/pool. Would benefit the campground to update the remaining campsites and roads. All in all a great place to stay!
