Michael was great to work with. Answered my questions in a timely manner and presented my offer which was accepted! Hoping the maintenance side is just as helpful.

AVOID!! Faulty electrical installed in my home and 0 ownership from Pulte over their faulty surge protector on my home. Gave Pulte numerous opportunities to just make it right and fix it. They came out did their (own) report and after a month of my family not being able to live in their home decided it was out of their warranty plan. 11 month old House!! By the way Pulte you still refuse to even send myself a copy of your faulty report!! Seems pretty illegal to me along with O ownership of your home builder mistakes. I wasn't a man trying to get rich over this experience, I just wanted my 11 month old home livable for my family. 110 degrees outside, no summer in our new home for my children all because of you trying to protect your image. Looking by the other reviews, your care for your home owners and their community is non existent.
Special shout out to Megan Sutton who delayed every process possible to allow my family back in their home. Dismissed my wife because she was on "vacation" during the process of the fire inside my home.

installation. If you're thinking of moving in this community just check out the image of above my 3 year olds room. You had your chance to make things right Pulte! Shame on You!
