  Husband and I visited Fidelis Willis apartment homes this week. The leasing agent, Kenny Wright was SO helpful, answering all of our questions, and addressing any concerns we may have had. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and very patient as we toured apartment units. The entire complex is brand new, the apartment homes spacious, and have very renter friendly layouts.

  OMG!! Absolutely love the management team Valeria was so sweet and kind she showed me a 3 bedroom today that I fell in love with 10/10 definitely recommend lol

  I visited the brand-new Fidelis Willis community and was warmly greeted by Valeria Garcia, who welcomed me with a friendly smile and provided a thorough tour of the available two- and three-bedroom units. The apartments are completely brand new, very spacious, and equipped with modern finishes, including a full-size washer and dryer in each unit. The bedrooms feature carpet flooring, while the kitchens and restrooms have beautiful hardwood floors. The amenities are truly impressive. The clubhouse accommodates up to 81 people and features a full pool table along with stylish, comfortable décor. The space is available on a first-come, first-served basis with 24-hour access, making it perfect for graduations, anniversaries, birthday parties, and other special events. The fitness center is fully equipped with brand-new workout equipment and also offers 24-hour access. Fidelis Willis prioritizes tenant security and convenience by offering secure parcel package delivery options. For larger packages that do not fit in the parcel lockers, there is an additional secured room that residents can access directly through their phones. The pool is another great feature, open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a depth of 3 to 4 feet, making it very kid-friendly. Valeria Garcia was extremely professional and communicated effectively throughout the tour. With the current special offering of eight weeks free when you tour and lease, this community is an excellent opportunity. Thank you, Valeria, for the outstanding service. I am definitely looking forward to becoming a part of the Fidelis Willis community soon.

  Valeria did a great job helping me find the right home for me and I’m sold this is where I need to be ! Very beautiful community and staff was amazing ask for Valeria she caters to your needs and wants !

  Kenny did a fantastic job, we have been looking all over and he was the most direct and knew the answers to all of our questions and made us feel like this was the place for us!
