  The change your rent amount and won’t give you a clear answer as to why and they don’t return phone calls. They mark maintenance orders complete when they haven’t even corrected the issue. There is a continuous roach issue. They won’t address noise complaints. Also I’d like to say I agree with the negative reviews. I’ve had all the same issues. The wall’s, tiles and ceiling are cracking in places and just continue to get worse. The cabinet’s are unleveled and I put in an order to get it repaired when I first moved in in March. They said they would fix it, never did. So the cabinet under the kitchen sink and bathroom sink are not useable, everything fall’s over.

  I been living here for over a year now, the first year wasn't bad but after Hurricane Berryl the complex took a turn for the worse. For starters, all of the damage that came as a result of the hurricane was not fixed. I live on the second floor and have several holes in my roof, some as a result or Beryl and some that were here prior to me moving in due to the complex just not wanting to put money in repairs, as a result of these holes and opening I now have several squirrels (and possibly other rodents) running, scratching and biting all hours throughout the day and night making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in my bedroom without hearing the sound of rodents and now they’ve migrated into the living room. Pest control came to do an “inspection” and they were supposed to come back a couple of days later to set traps, which did not happen - this is 4weeks after they were supposed to come address the issue originally and did not. Overall, it just feels as if comfort of their residents is not top priority here at this complex

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! they don’t fix anything, ROACH infested, WATER IS ALWAYS BROKEN OR NOT HOT then they try and blame city of houston when it’s really their old outdated boilers etc that they refuse to replace. ONE maintenance man that does not get to requests in a timely manner. apartments are not “updated” only painted over and stitched together. monthly fees are INSANE please save your money and find something actually worth paying for
