  The ladies in the office are so nice. They work with you and are fast and knowledgeable. Our first girl was fresh at the job…only a week in and she charmed us. If you want professionalism, urgency, and down-to-earth people bundled into a small-knit, family-like environment, come talk to these ladies! Thank you Thank You THANK YOU!!!

  I would give 0 stars if I could. My son lives in these apartments. He had to get a rental car, they posted the information on their profile like the other vehicles. It was towed. We went into the office sense it was registered to the apartment. First the “manager” is extremely rude and not very helpful. When we asked to speak to a manager we get “she is speaking”, no greeting, no introducing herself, no may I help you, very unprofessional. She very rudely said you have to go and register as a guest. Why would a tenant think they are a guest? Then she would answer everything as “you signed for it”. That was the only response, like it was very rehearsed and they get this a lot. Yes, my son signed the lease but no one actually told him what he was signing for. Does the lease specifically state you have to register as a guest in a different portal as the apartment information when you get another vehicle? When you sign online you can barely read the print. The car was only parked there for a few hours. Shouldn’t a notice be given on first offense? Shouldn’t someone think it’s a rental car, probably something happened to a residents car? Also, there is dog poop all over the place even in walkways and the courtyards never look very clean. It is very evident that there is no consideration for residents.

  Horrible place the towing is horrible I've had family and friends vehicles towed just bye stopping bye for 10 and your not allowed too have more than one vehicle for your self the office lady are very poor with communication went too the office once at the end of the day too try too speak about a problem and the office lady is making out with her boyfriend ignoring for the first 45sec than told me that they were closed and the Ac units are very old this is the worst place too be during Th e summer Ac temp won't go no lower than 80 degrees and mold build up in my closet this place is hell don't live here unless your ready too deal with the office laddys and the heat and over spending on tow costs and don't get me started on the bugs this place and the ppl that run it are trash
