The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores (there’s already an H-E-B super close and an Aldi right down the road. We also have a Sprouts coming soon, and I’m so excited!). There’s also a mall nearby and easy access to I-45, whether you’re headed north or south. Beyond its location, the property is teeming with kind neighbors and awesome amenities, including a 24-hour gym (my personal fave), two pools, and a hot tub! They are pet-friendly, and my fur baby has felt at home since the beginning and loves hanging out at the onsite bark park 🐶 But wait! There’s more! The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. They also throw resident events, which are always a great time and a wonderful way to connect with neighbors! Both the office and maintenance team members are superb, and their skill and care shine through in everything they do. Thank you to everyone on the San P team for making living here so special! 💚☺️
