Victoria gave us a tour of a 2 and 3 bedroom units (so spacious!), along with the amenities on site.

We moved in after our previous apartment flooded, and from day one, San Palmilla has been nothing but understanding, going the extra mile to help us get settled in after losing as much as we did. Everything is kept up well, maintenance is very quick and very polite (shout out to José! You’re the best!). The social events and food trucks make San Pal feel like a community rather than just another apartment complex. Our only complaint thus far has been about noisy upstairs neighbors, and Lindsey took care of the issue with an incredible amount of understanding, making sure my husband and I (plus our two pups) were moved into a more comfortable unit. It’s made a world of difference, especially as someone who works night-shift at a hospital. When we first viewed the complex a year ago, I remember our guide, Christian, telling us that San Palmilla prioritizes caring for current residents above all else and that retention is very important to them. At the time, I sort of brushed it off as some sugary script, but our experience here has made me realize that he meant every word because a year later, we feel very cared for. Thanks to the whole San Palmilla team! Y’all are rockstars!
