She continued a non business conversation as we just stood there waiting on her. She did not introduce herself. Did not give any info other than this property is non smoking and does not allow pets, which did not apply. Said there is an interest list of 1843 people and we would be 1844. She made the experience very horrible. We drove 20 minutes to a beautiful property in Duncanville and leased an apartment which was more expensive than this one. Paid the application fee and deposit on the spot. If I am paying my money, I expect respect. First impressions matter. It's the little things. Do better. If I could give this property a 0 because of the agent, I would.
