- CBCarmelita BlackOct 13, 20255.0We had the opportunity to tour The Courtyards at Stokesbury Community. The pictures of shared driveway home don’t do them justice online. The home are nicely designed you have to see them in person. It’s nice option for new home buyers starter home, some looking to downsize, or some looking for rental properties. The Stokesbury Section of the community are homes private driveways to homes, which another nice option in the community. Chid was wonderful. She explained the plans and options available for the community. I look forward to sharing this community with clients that the community and homes meet their buying criteria. It really going to be a nice community once all their amenities construction is completed.
