If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Rachel/Raquel and Ally was extremely disappointing. I felt that their behavior was discriminatory and unprofessional. Despite providing pay stubs, they called my workplace to “verify” my income, then falsely claimed I lied about my job and said I worked in public transportation—when I am in fact a licensed attorney. They were openly hostile throughout the process, refused to expedite anything, and it took nearly three weeks just to apply for one unit. Overall, the treatment felt unfair and unnecessary.

Park anywhere nobody checks if cars are residents. A truck has been parked abandoned in front of my apartment door for months now and nobody does anything about .

Their selling point is that they are close to campus, but their customer service and leasing attitude are unreasonable. For instance, they want a paid application fee before they will even answer questions about availability, which appears to me as basically a trick to get people to pay for nothing. You can pay the application fee and then get told they have nothing available when you need to rent. (I emailed them to ask for clarification of this, explaining that I needed to know their availability before I applied and asking them to please tell me, but they didn't even bother to respond). You can pay to go on a waitlist, but since people need to secure something in advance or else end up with no place to live, this is another way of showing zero concern or customer service to their tenant prospects (a great way to make sure they end up with only the terrible and desperate prospects actually leasing from them). If this is how they treat you before you even move in, why would you want to live there? Edit: I see the response from the complex below, but again, they still haven't even replied to my last email questioning this policy. What matters is how they respond to you personally--not what they say in public for everyone else to see.

Do not rent from this complex they try and bend you over backwards to get more money from you. My unit flooded 3 times and they would never move me to a different unit. Lack of communication with the staff in the office is terrible! RUN FAR AWAY!
