She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, ensuring she fully understood every detail before offering solutions. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring, which made a potentially stressful process feel much more manageable. What really stood out was Sandra’s dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. She remained patient, attentive, and proactive every step of the way, making sure nothing was overlooked.   Come out and see Tyler McCalister @ Clayton Homes. My husband and I stopped by to obtain info for a family member and was blessed with meeting this guy. He was pleasant, informative, kind, and outgoing. He took his time to explain everything in detail and never tried to push our family member or lie to get a sale. Much respect for this young Veteran. You must see inside these homes. A lot of room for the money. Well built. If you are looking for a new home, stop by. You will be glad you did.

  Sandy at Clayton Homes in Bellmead is an absolute gem! I recently visited to locate specific parts for a home I purchased, and I cannot recommend her enough. After the location where I originally bought my home failed to help me, Sandy stepped in and handled everything with ease. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, finding exactly what I needed in no time. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful these days. Her positive energy and contagious smile made the whole experience completely seamless. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, the 'above and beyond' service makes it 100% worth the extra miles. They have officially gained a loyal new customer! If you stop by, definitely ask for Sandy, she’s the best!

  We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Lisa at Clayton Homes in Waco. From the very beginning, she made us feel included, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot), Lisa was always quick to respond, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. If there was ever something she didn’t immediately know, she went out of her way to find the answer and get back to us quickly. She consistently kept us updated every step of the way, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how kind and genuine she is. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and enjoyable instead. Because of Lisa, we now have a beautiful home and a wonderful experience to go along with it. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you again, Lisa—you’re the best!
