I live on the 3rd floor and have had a leak in my ceiling since before December. I was assured that the roof was being repaired and like a fool I trusted the Latigo Crossing management team. It has never been fixed. My ceiling still leaks every time it pours and my apartment has developed a pungent musty smell which I’m assuming is mold. The smell worsens every time it rains. They came in March and put plaster all over the hole and called it a day. One day of heavy rain and the plaster is already falling. I’ve been told it’s a corporate issue. Why does it take almost half a year to hear back from corporate???? If you are considering renting here, RUN! Do not rent here.

Do NOT rent here. They are the biggest scammers and do everything they can to overcharge you with no refund. Extremely unhelpful also and will stop answering your messages and calls. No to mention the units are in TERRIBLE condition. When we moved in everything was CAKED in dirt. These are pics from us moving IN. The pic of the vaccum was after going over the carpet once with a brand new vacuum. Disgusting.

I enjoyed living here until I realized that maintenance never fixed a major problem in my apartment. For the amount of rent that I have to pay, I expect the maintenance people to actually do their jobs and know what the heck that they are doing.

Both of the ladies that work in the office have always been super friendly and helpful. And both of the maintenance guys are awesome and do a wonderful job! They have really made us feel at home!

It's really difficult to recommend these apartments. Ever since new management took over a year or so ago, little things started to become unnoticed. The gates stopped working and weren't fixed, solicitors started going through the complex knocking on doors unchecked, parking under onnings were unchecked, various broken signage and lampposts. Everything began to feel very neglected.
Service wise, it is incredibly difficult to get a hold of Kelby and Cece, the phone number on the site also connects you to other apartment complexes in Victoria who cannot help you. Going in person during office hours usually ends up with them not even being there at all, usually leaving a sign hanging and never being punctual. It's incredibly frustrating. If you have ZERO problems happening at all, it is usually peaceful living. But the moment you need to reach out to management for issues, you're usually left SOL. Depending on your issue, maintenance can be punctual. I've been somewhat lucky, thankfully, but I've heard of neighbors being less-so.
It's frustrating to have these issues because Kelby and Cece and the maintenance people are PEOPLE. I have talked to them and I haven't had negative experiences talking to them, in fact they are extremely accommodating at times, and have shown to be incredibly diligent. It just feels like it has put in front of them from them to really notice. They lack agency, especially when it comes to people's homes.
