  Looking for a place to live nowadays is a little stressful but I can honestly say that when we found the Apartment community The Pointe At Victoria we were so relieved that we not only found a beautiful place to live but a secure safe, beautiful environment and not to mention an amazing staff who are so helpful and knowledgeable and courteous people they have made our transition a great experience S/O to Ashley Allison , for helping us and making our experience a great one we appreciated her hard work and kindness. Francisco for getting maintenance work orders done so quickly so we can live comfortably. We love our community it’s a wonderful place to live. 🙏🏼

  I just recently moved into The Pointe at Victoria. The leasing consultant Ashley made the process so easy and simple. Ashley and Amanda were very open with communication and answered any questions I had. We also spent our first night here last night and it was soo peaceful and quiet.

  Kind staff, clean and safe feeling environment. Love everything that they have here to offer especially the coffee machine

  Pretty standard apartment complex. Spent a year there after I took a new job and had to re locate to Victoria. Honestly, wasn’t horrible. Didn’t venture around the complex too much, but my building and hallway always seemed to be pretty clean. Had a few maintenance issues that got resolved, and a few that didn’t. Dryer never worked the way it should, even after a maintenance request. Had some sort of mold that coated the edges of the access to the air conditioner. Wrote a maintenance request about it, and the request magically disappeared…who knows. Smoke detectors randomly went off at 4am and had to wait an hour for emergency maintenance to arrive and shut them off. Had some issues with wording of lease upon move out. My advice, is to be very thorough to follow the letter of the lease. They will gouge you for every penny. I can’t say that they did anything technically wrong to me, but they’re definitely prone to scummy, borderline slumlord business tactics. All of that to say, if you need a place to live, and you have the ability to read legal jargon, this place is affordable and overall not a horrible place to live.
