Hi, I’m Nate Carver—Mortgage Loan Officer with Premier Lending, Inc. I help homebuyers and homeowners navigate financing with a steady hand, clear communication, and a strategy that fits their real-life goals. I’m licensed in Texas, Florida, Alabama, Colorado, and Tennessee, and I love partnering with great Realtors to help their clients get confidently preapproved and smoothly to the closing table.
I’m also a proud U.S. Army veteran (captain) and Bronze Star recipient. Service shaped how I work: show up early, communicate clearly, and take care of people.
I grew up in Sherman, Texas, and Pensacola, Florida. Growing up, I was actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
I graduated from Hardin-Simmons University, Abilene, Texas, with a degree in religious studies.
Outside the loan world, I host the Between Two Doors podcast. When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me around the vegetable garden, on the water with a fishing pole, with my bees, or at a live concert.
