  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I had to recognize Gena Ball for the outstanding job she does as an apartment manager. From day one, she has been nothing but professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to the residents here. Gena Ball goes above and beyond in every way. She handles concerns quickly, communicates clearly, and makes sure nothing gets overlooked. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the people they serve, but you can see it in everything she does. She treats residents with respect and makes you feel valued, not just like another tenant. Because of her, this community feels more like home. Her work ethic, kindness, and commitment do not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a place where management truly makes a difference, this is it—and Gena Ball is a big reason why. Highly recommend!

  I want to take a moment to recognize Gena, the manager at Gold Talon Apartment . She truly goes above and beyond for the residents. Gena is always professional, kind, and willing to help with anything that comes up. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the community and works hard to make sure everyone feels heard and taken care of. Any time there has been a question or concern, Gena has handled it quickly and with a great attitude. Her dedication, organization, and friendly personality make a huge difference in creating a positive living environment. It’s not always easy managing an apartment community, but Gena does it with grace and professionalism. We are very lucky to have a manager who is so committed to the residents and to keeping the complex running smoothly. Thank you, Gena, for all that you do!
