  I lived here for two years and overall liked the apartments and had great neighbors, but there were several frustrating issues. I moved in with no working AC, and my fridge was leaking. When I called on-call, it wasn’t treated as urgent. When they replaced the fridge, they scratched my flooring, and I had to take pictures to avoid being charged. The office is very hard to get a hold of, and management changed multiple times while I lived there. At move-out, my date wasn’t processed correctly, and I was charged late fees I shouldn’t owe. I have proof of my notice but haven’t been able to get a response. For the price, the level of service just didn’t match. I’d consider that before deciding to move here.

  Great job from the maintenance team. I believe the lead guy is Lando. He was very good about getting my A/C fixed in no time.

  I was warmly welcomed and felt valued as a future member of this community. I didn’t have an appointment, but Grace gave me a tour. Every amenity is offered with exceptional curb appeal. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and passionate about her work. It’s worth your time to visit.

  I spook with Alex and Miss Katie, they were an absolute delight to speak with. The office and office staff are so much better now versus a couple of years ago. I’m so excited to move in and recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new home.

  Summerwood has been a great place to live in Tyler. We have lived here for almost 3 years. Anytime we have had a request or maintenance order, it is done in a very timely manner. The staff is very friendly and they have made us feel at home.
