Wonderful maintenance staff, Micheal is quick and on top of the issues right away if I have any problems at all. I’ve lived here for about three months and I have no complaints whatsoever. The community is lovely and it’s in the perfect spot for all your favorite fast food restaurants and shopping centers!

I have lived at Eastwood since September of 2024 and I want to start off by saying that my application process was so easy and the office manager Micah and assistant manager Ke were so welcoming and very helpful.! I got the exact layout I wanted and on the day I received my keys, I had a small hiccup with the outlets and I notified Ke and that same day the Maintenance team came and redid all of them in the apartment. Since staying there I have had some minor maintenance problems and within the SAME DAY they are taken care of.! The Maintenance team is VERY DEPENDABLE and you won’t have to ever worry about going DAYYYS without your requests being fulfilled! Even late night requests are taken care of the next morning! This is somewhere I can truly call home. If you find yourself having an interest in Eastwood.. You won’t be disappointed.! The units are BEAUTIFUL! Fully renovated, Big rooms and the bathrooms are spacious ! I have plenty of space inside my unit! Eastwood is very different from other communities and I say this because they actually CARE about you.They go above and beyond to show that you are family and not just a person renting out an apartment. I don’t have a single bad thing to say (which is big for me because I complain alottt.) I am very happy that I moved here and I see myself here for a while. Come be apart of the Eastwood Family.! You wont regret it!!
