- DSDestiny SpurlockDec 6, 20221.0I would give 0/5 if I could. I repeat do not move in these apartments , out of my 23 years on earth I have never experienced anything like this. The manger Kimberly is very unprofessional , I brought to her attention that it was a stray vicious cat that was roaming around the apartment complex that needed to be removed. Which clearly stated in the lease agreement that it should be no stray animals allowed and should be notified by the manger immediately. Which I did do that , Kimberly stated to me that the cat was no threat and was friendly. I specifically said that’s not what the lease says and if I have to go by the rules then why shouldn’t you. Long story short , that must upset Kimberly. So when I went up for renewal she told me that she just didn’t want to renew my lease for no reason what so ever . Evident , that she’s just abusing her power , because she can. After 3 years of living on the property with no complaints! But now all of a sudden you don’t want to renew my lease just out of the clear blue . Save your money and time , the place is horrible. All the tenants move out within a year ! The whole apartment complex is empty for a reason !
