  Absolute rip offs, they charged me for a leak that was not my fault, it was the people above us that had a leak, and was charged for $1,281.11 for replacing the carpet when it was not damaged. I was told to return the key and when I did I asked if there was going to be any more charges, they said no and about 2 weeks later I get an email saying that there are charges, the charge was $1,811.11. The front desk person asked if I had a walk through, through the apartment, I said no, and he said that I was supposed to when I returned the key, but no one told me I was supposed to. The communication absolutely sucks. Definitely something you do not want to deal with while you are leaving. They really know how to make moving out stressful lol. Do not recommend living at the Cumberland Apartments Homes! Stayed in Apartment 306… place absolutely sucks! They will take advantage one anyone they can! So beware!

  After almost a year of not being able to receive packages, horrible management and none of the amenities working/being available new management has come in to try and rectify by nickel and diming everyone. 5$ a month per person to have a key fob on our phone to get into your own apt complex and access the amenities we pay for in the rent is ridiculous. Especially when the pools were closed almost all summer and the parcel pending that we have to pay for didn't work for months. Very disappointed

  Meant to leave a review a while back, but I moved in late August and needed a place spur of the moment and they had nothing available at the time. I called and explained my situation, and they bypassed two weeks worth of inspections just to inspect an apartment I was interested in. They got me moved in and approved in 3 days notice instead of 3 weeks. Incredible customer service I have never experienced at any other apartment complex. Yesenia and Morgan are beyond helpful. Highly recommend!

  Update after 2 weeks- Both pools dirty and closed - 2 out of 3 grills not working. The only grill working doesn’t have lights so you have to eat in the dark. Two trash dumpsters full with a strong smell and bugs. You pay for nothing! Pools always closed. Very small gym and without maintenance. The trash can never works. A lot of thash can on the doors of the apartments. The fireplace doesn't work. The outdoor barbecue has no light and no gas. Problems with automatic payments. You will always see people who do not live here using the condominium. We'll leave as soon as the contract ends.
