  I love the staff here, they are so helpful and always on top of things. They truly care about the tenants and go above and beyond for us. Jose is very communicative and attentive to our needs. This place has really turned around from when I first moved In 3 years ago.

  I have leased at Tennyson at Tomball Apartments for over three years, and it has truly been a great experience. The management team consistently shows what it means to go above and beyond for their residents. Assistant Manager Jose does an excellent job and demonstrates strong leadership and professionalism. The office staff and maintenance team also do an amazing job working together to make sure residents’ needs are handled quickly and respectfully. It’s refreshing to live in a community where the staff genuinely cares about the people who live here. I truly appreciate the dedication and great service from the entire team at Tennyson at Tomball Apartments.

  I just moved in January & I LOVE IT HERE!! Jose & Chas have been amazing! They're so helpful & friendly and they made my move-in process seamless. I am also new to Tomball, and Jose suggested some great places to try/visit locally!! Even when I have maintenance issues, they are quick to address them! So happy about my choice.

  I have lived here for now 3 years. I have had such a great living experience here. The staff while it has changed a bit in the last 3 years, the one consistent is that they are always willing to help and listen. Jose, the assistant property manager, is always listening to the tenants and trying to find ways to better the living in the site. Mike, Property Manager, he always asks what’s going on and is working for the people who live in the site as well, Chassidy, is always up beat and fun to talk to, whether you are asking questions, inquiring about posts made about upcoming events, or just stopping by to say hello. They have been the very best team I have had support a site in any apartment I have lived in. They recently updated the interior of the apartments with marble countertops, new faucets, and better sinks. I am very pleased with the upgrades and the work done as it definitely has made the apartment have a better feel inside. Don’t get me wrong it was nice before but this takes it to the next level. To top it off the property is for the most part quiet, and is in good distance to anything you want. Whether it be entertainment (Main Event, Dave and Busters, Movie Theatres) food (Fast food, nice restaurants, Quick food) and shopping (malls, stores, grocery) And while yes it does have a few issues with the grounds (what property doesn’t) the staff makes sure things are taken care of and resolved in a timely manner. I recommend this for anyone who is looking for a nice place to live for a decent price. But hey, don’t take my word for it.
