  It’s a quiet place to live. The green areas are very beautiful, and the common areas are always clean. The administrative and maintenance staff are very kind and helpful.

  I have enjoyed living at this apartment, at least until the new management came in. Other reviews go into more detail about the miscommunication, poor planning, poor follow up in maintenance requests, bug issues, etc... My five star review is wholly due to one employee, Ms. Dani. Despite the fact that the new management seems to desire a new roster of tenants, Ms. Dani has been doing whatever is in her power to help. I appreciate all the effort that she puts in and wish that the rest of the team had half the empathy and gumption that this young lady has.

  New management don’t know what they’re doing, they’ve made everything worse after the old owners left.

  The Change of ownership has been a very difficult transition for long time residents. Still waiting for things to work out, but definitely not seeing it yet. Higher rent, ore charges, less maintenance, not the high end property it used to be. Crossing fingers for it to be "better" as it was publicized.

  This is the cleanest property I’ve ever lived in. The staff is amazing, very responsive, professional, and diligent. Also, the pool is amazing. Again, the cleanliness, is phenomenal. Maintenance requests are responded to within 24 hours. I lived here for a little over 2 years and I wish I never moved out.
