Higher rent, ore charges, less maintenance, not the high end property it used to be. Crossing fingers for it to be "better" as it was publicized.

Anybody can park in your building area! It’s not enforced AT ALL! And if your unit faces Hufsmith Rd you will forever be reminded of what it’s like to live near a motor Speedway or a freeway. It is so loud and they do nothing to improve it … there used to be more trees that helped with the noise… they don’t care …. Of all my apartment living this is the absolute worse! 👎👎👎👎👎

Again, the cleanliness, is phenomenal. Maintenance requests are responded to within 24 hours. I lived here for a little over 2 years and I wish I never moved out.
