    All I know is when my husband died and I had to take over paying bills and having a bank account, something I never had to do before, the people who work at this bank are the most caring and supportive people ever. Just what I need in this horrible time in my life. John Foster was my husband. So obviously, he isn't the one making this review, but his wife/ widow is.

    I wouldn’t recommend PNC Mortgage Company if it was the only mortgage company on earth. Even if there’s a crisis in your area or a national disaster, they won’t even let you skip a payment or do anything to help you. If they do, let you be a few days late, you have to make it up before your next payment due date or they will start charging you extra Interest. When you pay your mortgage off, even if you’ve never had an escrow account, anything overpaid, they throw it in the escrow account and hold it for 20 business days before they start any process of getting you the deed to your property. I would agree with them if it took that long for everything to process but they’re telling me everything is processed on my account now but yet they’re going to hold it for an additional days till the 20th business day just because. That sounds illegal to me. Well, at least our house is paid for and we don’t have to deal with a company like PNC anymore. The mortgage companies I worked for never did their customers like this.
