  I came in looking for information on the home buying process, and Karen Rios was extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and provided great insight on manufactured homes. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend her!

  Please do not go with their contractors they will screw you over. If you hear of Jack Denton stay away. He will tell you that you have warranty, give you cheap material that will fail in weeks and tell you that you tampered to void the warranty and make you pay.

  They put my house in the wrong spot. And even worse they put it so close to a tree where I had to climb on the roof to trim the branches off my brand new home. They delivered our house with out us being there and said oh no one is ever there when we deliver. Now we find out that skirting is our responsibility when we thought it was included in the price. We have been calling the office multiple times a week to talk to get our original build sheet sent to us so we can confirm that skirting was not originally in the price. Its been 3 weeks of us calling and asking for that build sheet and still have not gotten it nor have we been able to get a hold of the manager. Very dissatisfied and regret purchasing from them.
