  Moved out a few months ago but lived here for several years. Overall, it is not a terrible place to live, but for the price and being advertised as “luxury” apartments, it is extremely outdated and dirty with mediocre amenities. I do want to start with the positives. First, maintenance response time is very quick so long as your repair does not need a contractor. One time we put in a request for the ac going out, and the next day they had a portable unit in our apartment while they waited for the part to arrive- we were impressed with the response time and I want to give credit there. While the location can make the complex a little difficult to access based on where you are coming from, it is right next to a shopping center which makes getting groceries easy. As far as the negatives, there were several that bothered us the most. First, the complex is fairly dirty. It is especially embarrassing to invite guests over if you live in buildings 11-13; the trash compactor is not emptied frequently enough and the trash piles up. The picture shown is NOT the worse I’ve seen it, nor is it a rare occurrence. Second, the quality of the apartments is questionable. One of our cabinets had started coming off the wall and it was one that was only used for a few coffee cups, nothing else. The contractor had come to fix it two weeks after it was evaluated and showed me the piece of wood the cabinet was attached to and even he looked shocked- it was similar to a cheap particle board but looked like it had just fallen apart. The parking situation is also unreasonable. While I will give them credit for being on top of towing and ensuring residents have parking tags, there simply is not enough spaces for the residents they have. The move out process was not the worst, however we were very bothered by one particular thing. The lease states that if the carpet is dirty beyond normal wear and tear, you MAY be charged a cleaning fee. That is acceptable. However, before even moving out, we were informed that we needed to provide a receipt of professional carpet cleaning, that it could not be done by us. When I brought up the discrepancy between the lease and their move out protocol, I got no email back. At that point we had resolved to just pay whatever their fee was instead of bringing in a professional- we were ready to be out. But beyond that situation I felt they were fair with the security deposit and inspection. Lastly the lack of proper security cameras throughout the complex outside of the front gate area raises some safety concerns. We once had an individual appear to spit on my husband’s car and damage his car with what I assume was their door- we had no clue who it could have been as we interacted with none of our neighbors. I’d asked the office to review the footage of the camera that was pointed directly at my husbands car, to which the at the time (unsure if she’s still there) manager Cathy informed me that that camera was not operational, the only one that was working in that area was the one facing the gate, “in case someone damages the gate”. The only consolation we got was “people are weird”. No concern for that strange situation at all. Overall, it is not the worst place to live, but for what you pay, the amenities, utilities, and integrity of the apartment do not live up to what is advertised.

  Little jewel where to have a place in the Wooodlands. Apartment complex that has the right location near everything. Staff is great, maintenance team awesome and amenities to enjoy.

  Monica is the best!!!We had 2 separate issues with mold in our apartment. She acted immediately to fix the problem. I enjoy living here bc the staff is always friendly and they take care of any issues with your apartment as soon as possible.

  I love this community. It's safe. You can't beat the price for this area. The staff are nice.

  Lived here for three years. These pictures pretty much sum it up. The front looks nice though and they have pizza parties! lol
