  Love living here! Been here over a year now and there were a few issues in the beginning with the hot water not working but it was always quickly fixed. Maintenance is always so incredibly sweet and they fix orders within 1-3 hours. The gates always work so it feels extremely safe. I’m not sure if there are cameras or a security guard. The lighting at night could use a little bit of work (in the parking areas). I’ve never had an issues with roaches (thank goodness) and it is overall a quiet/calm place to live. I always see people outside socializing and walking their dogs. My only real complaint is the fact that there is dog poop EVERYWHERE! The amount of times I have seen poop in the grass/side walks is actually insane. The pool also stays dirty.
