  This is literally the worst place to live. The elevators are broken all the time. Corridors are filthy, fees are insane.

  I relocated due to damage to my previous residence caused by a fire. Unfortunately, the property management has been insufficient in addressing ongoing concerns related to a neighboring resident who has exhibited aggressive behavior and experiencrs mental health challenges. Despite multiple reports, both the on-site and district managers have declined to take appropriate action, citing the resident’s six-year tenure at the property as the reason. This decision appears to prioritize the resident’s long-term occupancy over the safety and well-being of other residents, including myself. While the manager mentioned issuing a citation to the resident, he has stated that no further action will be taken. The company chooses a person with disturbing behavior over a service member. This situation has made my experience here quite difficult. I recommend exploring alternative housing options to avoid similar issues. It is also evident that the property has a significant number of vacancies, which may be related to these ongoing concerns. Poor management. Do yourself a favor and lease elsewhere.

  Everyone in the staff is amazing! From Valery, to Jorge, to Leila, and Palas, everyone made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and help facilitate my moving process. I love where I live, very nice, clean, friendly neighbors. Would recommend.

  The staff sold my personal information (name social birthdate etc) about a month after I moved out to a different state. I suddenly had SEVEN electric accounts for properties local to the abbey I had no association with. Unfortunately you cannot rent without giving this information so I would stay away from this building and their management at all costs. It took police and lawyers to investigate all this over months of time.
