This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The homes are built extremely poorly, and any time you submit a service request, it either goes ignored or you’re gaslit into believing nothing is actually wrong. Issues are constantly dismissed instead of fixed.
The garage doors are a perfect example. Always malfunctioneing repeatedly. The plumbing messes up a lot and the laundry machines never work, Somehow, nothing is ever treated with urgency or accountability.
They push you to use the SmartRent app, but it barely works. Locks, garage access, and basic functions are unreliable, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re paying premium rent.
Parking enforcement is aggressive to the point of absurdity. They will call a tow truck on your vehicle for being parked behind your own home while you’re unloading groceries. It’s happened to myself and 2 other neighbors. No warning, no grace period, just predatory behavior. My neighbor got a FINE for having her kids playing in her own back alley, because let’s face it, these homes have what u hardly call a back yard.
They add FINES to your account frequently for absurd requirements.
Trying to contact the office is pointless. Karen or Gracie are never responsive, Phones go unanswered, and the leasing agents rarely knows the answers to basic questions about the community. Communication is almost nonexistent.
Even the amenities are a mess. Access codes frequently don’t work. conveniently when the office is closed, so you’re completely stuck with no help.
If you see positive reviews, be aware that many of them are from the previous management company. Management has since changed, and the instability is obvious. This place cannot seem to keep consistent or competent management, and it shows in every aspect of how the community is run.
They are especially unhelpful to existing residents. When I was expecting another baby, I was told I could upgrade to a larger unit. When it was finally time to do so, I was dismissed and ignored for months. Then they suddenly changed the story, lying about the original price they quoted me and inventing a new rule that I had to wait an additional 6 months, despite being a loyal resident for over a year.
Overall, this community is poorly built, poorly managed, and incredibly frustrating to live in. There is no accountability, no consistency, and no real concern for residents once you’ve signed a lease.
Save yourself the stress. Do not recommend.
