  People leaving 5 star reviews here for "leasing information" should not be able to rate, as they have zero experience here. I've lived there for 6+ years. This place has got to be the worst place I've ever lived. Read all of the other 1 star reviews, they're truthful. Any other review higher than a 1 star are irrelevant reviews or fabricated reviews. New management but same tactics, same behavior and same disrespect. Nothing changed. Shootings, drug deals, kids running wild unsupervised, kids hanging out near or on your vehicles, grown adult tenants acting weird/crazy/disprectful, disrespectful management and staff, poor maintenance, roach INFESTATION, and constant LOITERING. People hanging out in the walkways, stairways, constantly walking up and down the sidewalk. They have units here but they WILL NOT spend their time in them. It's unsafe as they treat any public area as their own. There are parks nearby they can go to and walk about, not 5 minutes from the complex, but they would hang out in common areas. There were multiple times when these loiterers (tenants) were being beyond rude (name calling, racism, etc.). Report this to management? They'll claim it's a common area and to be more tolerant of those people. Unbelievable. I can't stress this point enough, management and staff have zero respect for you. There is zero recourse as even the higher ups (corporate) will never pick up for their phone or call you back. High water bill. I have no idea how or why this happens there. But after I moved out, my water bill was 70% lower.

  The leasing agent Joy helped my boyfriend and I with great information on the property and how the process works. We will be looking forward to applying and hopefully living there soon.

  Advertised as gated community, but gates are always broken. Lived there 5 years. Had at least 54 different manager. The worst one was Brittney, the last one. Never in the office, never returned phone calls and lied when she didn't have a clue. Sent me a final moveout statement, which I paid. Then 2 months later sent me a revised statement saying I owed $300 more. Who does that. Then reports it to a collection agency. Charged me for carpet cleaning. I lived there 5 years, you think they would replace the carpet for new tenant. Charged me for deep cleaning the apartment. I left the apartment clean and with covid that should be done whenever someone moves out. Should be a cost of business. Final bill was over a hundred dollars, plus they kept my deposit. Then after I paid it, want to lie and say I owe 300 more 2 month later. Never fix anything. Had mold in the apartment and they just painted over it. It was coming back when I left. I was recovering from Lung Cancer and they didn't care.
