  Tessa at Oakwood homes is a wonderful sales associate. She is so thoughtful and kind. She treats you with respect the second you walk through the door. She spent so much time going over all the different models and options. Due to our timeline we eventually decided to go with a site built home. She continued to be professional and respectful of our choice. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a manufactured or modular home. She knows the business inside and out and is open and honest about all aspects of the business and home buying process. I encourage you to go with Tessa, you will not be disappointed.

  Tessa at Oakwood was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, her communication was outstanding! She was always responsive, clear and made sure I felt informed every step of the way.. and let me tell you, it was a journey due to issues not related to Oakwood. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or overlooked. What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and eager she was to make sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly reflect exceptional customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also so kind and dedicated to doing their job well. Oakwood is lucky to have Tessa! Hands down she made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with her!
